If you register as a Cloud Member, you are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

All activities that occur under your account.

Ensuring that your profile information (Phone, Email, NID, etc.) is accurate. SACAV reserves the right to terminate accounts that provide false information or violate community standards.

4. Code of Conduct

Users and members agree NOT to:

Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, or defamatory material.

Use the member directory for unauthorized marketing or “spamming.”

Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the website.

5. Donations & Payments

All donations made through the site are voluntary.

Unless otherwise stated, donations are non-refundable.

If SACAV holds DGR status, tax receipts will be issued based on the details provided during the donation process.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for 100% uptime and accuracy, SACAV does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
